The Willard is a 44 Unit building with a unit mix of Studios (SEDU), 1-Bed, and 2-Bed Units. Highlights include modern finishes and appliances, solid surface countertops, tile backsplash, glass shower doors, and luxury vinyl flooring. The building is very well amenitized for it’s size, featuring a Lobby with Secure Package Storage, Secure Bike Storage, Roof Deck, a covered All-Season Deck, Rooftop Dog Run, and Fitness Center.
The Willard will be certified Built Green 4-Star and includes many sustainability upgrades from traditional multifamily projects, such as carbon-free water heating (heat pump system), a filtered fresh-air system in each unit with heat-recovery ventilators, heat pump heating and cooling in many of the units, and many materials made with recycled and natural products to lower interior volatile organic chemical (VOC) levels.

Southpaw Apartments
A 38 unit project located in the Central District, Southpaw was completed in January 2024. Featuring a similar unit mix as The Willard, a roof deck, lobby with package storage, and a community courtyard, Southpaw is a great example of successful infill workforce-housing. (with Kamiak Real Estate)
Anker Apartments
Located directly south of The Willard, Anker Apartments was completed in October 2023 and features 84 units with a mix of Studios (SEDU’s) and Congregate/Sleeping Room units. Anker also features a great neighborhood retail space that will serve as an amenity for the future Willard residents. (with Kamiak Real Estate)
Rowlock Apartments
Built in the heart of Fremont, Rowlock apartments is a 66 Unit project that features lofts in many of the units. Completed in April 2024, Rowlock features a mix of Studios and 2-Bedroom units. The lofts allow for lots of natural light and great views of the Fremont neighborhood while functionally allowing the unit to feel like it has an additional bedroom or office space. Goldfinch Apartments
Completed in May 2022 and thereafter sold to Chief Seattle Club as supportive housing, Goldfinch featured 66 Studio units and 16 parking spaces, along with a roof deck, lobby with lounge, and secure bike storage. (with Kamiak Real Estate)
